We ship our goods via Canada Post, Can Par and UPS across North America. Shipping rates are determined by weight and the dimensions of the carton and your postal/zip code. Once this is determined an invoice will be sent to you for payment. When shipping to the United States all duties, taxes and applicable broker clearance fees will be your responsibility.

Some products might require special package and there could be additional charges which will be communicated to you.



We accept returns within 14 days from date of delivery and a full refund will be provided or an exchange for the same product or another product the same value. You will be responsible for shipping back to our store.

We will not accept returns on any baits or any liquid products.

We do reserve the right not to refund if the product returned had any damage or not in a condition that will allow us to sell it again at our store.


Damaged Products

Please let us know as soon as you receive your shipment if anything has arrived damaged. Keep the packaging and item in the condition you received them in. Please make a picture and please email us and we will investigate with the carrier.

We will replace the items or provide a credit equal to the purchase price of items damaged during shipping.
